Human Resources Generalist / Public Relations Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job entails recruitment/hiring, employee benefits management, staff development/training, position classification/compensation, records management/maintenance, labor relations, retirement counseling and any other duties assigned by the Human Resources Director.

In addition, the position coordinates the agency’s public relations/marketing efforts that can include website maintenance, social media presence, press releases/announcements, internal company messaging/newsletter, annual reports, and other communications as directed and required.

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Two years of administrative experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations or related fields
