Human Services Center was exited to participate in the 17th Annual 2019 Lawrence County Health Career Fair at the The Scottish Rite Cathedral on Thursday, November 14 from 8:00 am – 2:45 pm. The event was sponsored by Lawrence County School to Work, BC3, and UPMC Jameson. Students from Lawrence County participated in the event to learn about our business and the careers that we have to offer. Human Services Center Staff celebrated Halloween with a bang..The Sanctuary Core Team hosted a Chili Cook-off and Sundae bar on Thursday, October 31, 2019. Staff members brought their best chili and staff voted for their favorite in a secret ballot… Congrats to Michelle for winning 1st place!! Dr. Dennis Nebel, Retiring Executive Director of Human Services Center, was honored by the Pennsylvania Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA) at this years Annual Conference, “Impact” on September 24-27 in Hershey, Pa. The Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an individual in honor of his/her significant, consistent, and enduring contribution throughout his/her career in support and furthering of the field.
