Human Services Center Staff celebrated Halloween with a bang..The Sanctuary Core Team hosted a Chili Cook-off and Sundae bar on Thursday, October 31, 2019. Staff members brought their best chili and staff voted for their favorite in a secret ballot… Congrats to Michelle for winning 1st place!! Staff then cooled down their taste buds with a sundae bar and all the fixings. Some staff even dressed up to help celebrate Halloween. Thank You for all that attended and participated…#HSCcanhelp
